TUT-Code is a Musou-shiki [= the way not use association] 2 stroke input method which was developed at Ohiwa's laboratry of Toyohashi kagaku gijutsu daigaku [= Toyohashi University of science and Technology] (TUT). It has lower hardle that you must jump over to type first of all than T-Code has.
